COVID 19 SANITIZATION Health, safety, and well being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check out. ALARM SYSTEM WITH SECURITY CAMERA There is an alarm system connected with cameras in the common areas that will only be active when the property is vacant. These cameras are managed by a private agency to which we have no access. It's important to note that they will be disabled during the stay, ensuring no disruption to the privacy of guests. NO PETS ALLOWED We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them. NO SMOKING INSIDE Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees. NO PARTIES/EVENTS We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. There s hardly any traffic in the small town of Sa Pablo. With a lot of narrow alleys, guests may walk to many or all essential services within a couple of minutes. The neighborhood lies next to Palma Alcudia motorway which provides easy access to many towns and villages throughout Mallorca. There s also a train connection to Palma.
