“The house was lovely and clean and the outdoor space was lovely. The pool was great, just right for our group size of 4 plus an infant. The stay would have been more peaceful had there not been building work going on next door but this cannot be helped by the hosts as it’s not their property. The house is well equipped but there were some key instructions missing, such as where to find the washing machine and how to use the air con, with a lot more emphasis placed on the instructions for how to……

The owners Rosa and Toni are very friendly and hospitable and nothing is too much trouble for them to satisfy your individual preferences or needs. We had a truly fantastic holiday and we enjoyed the accommodation so much we would not hesitate to book again in future.”

“Die Unterkunft ist groß und hell, das Grundstück mit Pool und vielen Bäumen ist sehr hübsch! Der Grill und die Sitzgelegenheiten außen sind sehr praktisch! Die Lage ist praktisch für Ausflüge im gesamten Norden der Insel! Leider müssen die Schlafzimmer überarbeitet/ renoviert werden ! Es scheint ein Problem mit Feuchtigkeit zu geben , Resultat ist ein unangenehmer muffiger Geruch der Räume , der auch nicht trotz reichlich Lüften wegzubringen war und sich bis auf Matratzen und Bettwäsche……

“Pros: Die Finca hebt sich gut von den vielen Neubauten, die einfach auf einem Acker stehen, ab. Ein alter Baumbestand, unter dem man gut Schatten findet und eine Finca, die mit viel Liebe und alten Baumaterialien authentisch erbaut wurde. Dazu ein toller Ausblick von einer kleinen Anhöhe über die Bucht von Alcudia. Die Terrasse ist ideal zum Frühstücken und Abendessen, da sie immer im Schatten liegt. Ein Aussengrill ist ebenfalls vorhaben. Dazu ein toll angelegter Pool. Man hört rund ums Haus……

“A perfect relaxing holiday villa with tranquil and lovely surroundings. It is a magical setting away from the bustle of tourism. Everything we needed was thought of by the owner. The only thing we would suggest is a house name on the road leading down to the property and a name on the security gate. We found our arrival rather confusing even though we had the coordinates. ”

“Die Finka war ein Traum! Die Räumlichkeiten und die Ausstattung waren genau wie beschrieben, der Ausblick am Pool sogar noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Wir waren mit 8 Erwachsenen dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Mietwagen sind zwingend erforderlich, weil die Finka abgelegen liegt, aber da wir damit geplant hatten war dies gar kein Problem - Stellplätze inkl. Garage sind vorhanden.”
