“The apt is was clean and neat and the location is great- across from the Coop grocery store and close to the shuttle bus to the base of the ski area (15 mins walk if you don't take the shuttle bus). The host was very helpful with getting our stuff to/from the parking lot.But, the apartment is very small, for a family of 5, we found it too crowded. The kitchen/dining area is tiny, with very limited space to store any food. There is no ski boot dryer, and ski boots are kept on shelves in the……

Als Familie mit 5 Erwachsenen im Alter von 22 - 90 Jahren genossen wir eine Woche Skiferien, gemeinsames Kochen und Essen begleitet von den Weinen aus Jonathans Weinkeller und das gemütliche Zusammensein. Die Gastgeber, das Chalet und Saas-Fee empfehlen wir uneingeschränkt weiter.”

“We had the perfect 2-night stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was outstanding and staff kept the breakfast buffet spread constantly topped up with a large variety of food. It was a delightful surprise when we were upgraded to a room with the Matterhorn view. The only regret was that our stay was too short to try out the pool facility. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay at Zermatt city centre near the train station.”
