“Beautiful, quiet setting. Wonderful staff that helped answer our questions. Parking was included which was a great bonus. The kitchen was well equipped and we chose to have available delivery for breakfast . All was to the highest standards. The bed was comfortable and our room had black and blinds making it easy to get a great night's rest. Great views too. There are several markets within walking distance. Not to mention a nice trail to walk. We will return.”

“The Capra Saas-Fee is a beautiful 5-star hotel, but for us it simply didn’t live up to the hype, especially considering the price. The hotel itself is lovely, but the service didn’t feel particularly personalised or attentive. We even had to ask three times for our cable car passes. First, they had the wrong email address despite us providing it at check-in; then, even after correcting it, nothing came through. We ultimately had to insist on having the passes printed so we could actually use……

“什麼也不提供的酒店。 網上自助Checkiin。房間除了床，電視和厕所( 提供厕纸，洗手液和冲涼液),其他全部沒有，水杯都沒有，長住5日提供一次清潔執房，如果要執房，需要另付30法朗(不知道是每日支付或是一次性，我只住了2晚）。 餐廳值得一試,美味(蓬週三有promotion),員工好客。 ”

“All was good!”

“The most important thing to note is the limited hours of the front desk (10am to 6pm in the summer). This is an issue if you might arrive late or want to leave your bags in the morning after checking out. The hotel is absolutely serious about wanting you to contact them before you arrive to confirm your arrival time although the email they sent to me had no return email address. The bed (although not the pillows) was comfortable and the hot water and wifi both worked well. In-room safe was……

“A very pleasant stay in a very nice village that we used as our base for a trip to Zermatt (driving to Täsch in the morning). The sofa bed is not the best to sleep on but it works fine for a couple of nights. I couldn’t figure out if there was any kind of ventilation, so it got a little too warm at night in the middle of July, but overall a very good experience, I would love to come back. Saas-Fee is a rather small place and I was a bit worried that everything would be closed since it is summer,……

“Good location, great hosts, no complaints, will stay here again!”
