“Hello I was very pleased with my stay here. The building architecture is very cool and it is build on the edge of a gorge. The inside of my room was also nice with relatively new and quality fixtures. The buffet breakfast was great as well. Lots of clean and quality options. Most importantly the staff was super helpful with everything. I got food poisoning (not from them LOL) during my stay there and they did things like bring food to my room and drive me to the pharmacy. Beyond that,……

“The most important thing to note is the limited hours of the front desk (10am to 6pm in the summer). This is an issue if you might arrive late or want to leave your bags in the morning after checking out. The hotel is absolutely serious about wanting you to contact them before you arrive to confirm your arrival time although the email they sent to me had no return email address. “This might be the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The view, the rooms, the food, the spa, the staff, everything was just so amazing and everyone so helpful. My pickiness is I wish the steam rooms and saunas opened earlier. And there was some more flexibility with the kid swimming pool hours. But I get it, it is mainly geared towards adults. I wood stay here again in a heartbeat. The breakfast included is light years better then the typical American continental breakfast, the Italian restaurant……
