「This place is perfect for a solo traveler or a couple that wants an apartment. Great neighborhood location ( it felt very safe ) great shopping walking distance. The apartments are new and very clean. It has a cute rooftop bar and first floor coffee shop. The bed was great along with a 70 inch television. Great air conditioning and great water pressure. The price was excellent and it had a descent kitchen to cook small meals in with and island for 2 . I y has a laundry room for 5 usd on 3 floors...

「Studio apartment was nice as far as looks. Floor was so filthy my white socks were black on the bottom after an hour walking around on it.
