“The Mani Mansions is a lovely hotel with a sedate yet elegant atmosphere harking back to a bygone age. The rooms are well appointed with traditional hardwood furnishings and tiled floors. Helpful staff made our stay comfortable. The vegetarian food menu with a focus on millet makes a refreshing change, though in other ways the variety on offer is super. We did not have breakfast as we had a predawn checkout for an early flight. ”

“It was overall good stay and near by location are good and staff are so supportive to keep us feel like we are at Home”

“Really appreciated everything about this place. One minor issue with the packed breakfasts we had ordered. One of the items in syrup had not been sealed properly. The sticky syrup leaked everywhere.”

“房內的電話、熱水壺是損壞的，飯店沒有更新。 櫃檯人員對外國人的check-in程序不嫻熟，讓人感覺不舒服。 房間網路設定有問題，電腦無法連上WiFi ，又沒有電話可以聯繫，不得不下樓詢問，很糟糕的體驗。”

“Wash room pipe leakage n water pressure not good.”

“I asked a cup of coffee for my breakfast and I had to wait more than 20 mins, the staff is not taking seriously in services.”

“Our stay at Summit Hotel had a challenging start but turned into a wonderful experience. We had originally booked a standard room, but we found it too small for our needs so we decided to upgrade to a spacious room for approximately CAD $70–73 per night and paid the difference. After a 20-hour journey with flights and transit, we were exhausted unfortunately we had to move 3 times due to room issues which could have been avoided by management. The next morning everything changed after visiting……

“We had a wonderful stay at Fortune Park Hotel and truly enjoyed our experience. The hospitality, comfort, and overall service made our stay very pleasant and memorable. A special mention to Phoolbati, who was exceptionally helpful, kind, and attentive throughout our stay. Her warm nature, willingness to go the extra mile, and genuine care made us feel truly welcomed and looked after. She went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. It’s people like Phoolbati who make a hotel stay……
