8.4/10 Very good! (1,839 reviews)
My room was disgusting with hair on the floor, in the sink, and in the shower. The bedsheets were crumpled. The paint is chipped on the walls. I left and requested a refund!

9.2/10 Wonderful! (4,080 reviews)
The location was excellent. From our hotel room, we could see Times Square. There were no complimentary toothbrushes; my sister-in-law lost her luggage. We had to pay at the bar. The atmosphere was great in the lobby. The elevators took a long time as it was very busy. Overall, the hotel was clean and comfortable, and I would stay again.
