「The room was pleasant and always clean for us after a long day. Breakfast was always on the table before we showed up to the table. Staff was very friendly and helpful. A 10 min walk away from the Plaza de Armas, quite place if you like to stay away from the noise. 」

「Great location. Great breakfast bar and superb attention to detail. Customer service was good, very pleasant people. Will stay again upon my return to Arequipa.」

「Very nice location and friendly staff ； room is not big, but adequate; will stay again if I am back to Arequipa」

「Clean room, helpful concierge and housekeeping.」

「Good hotel. Staff were very helpful」

「The hotel staff are very good. Hotel itself is also clean.」
