Cozy new efficiency close to beach and shopping

This beautiful newly renovated efficiency apartment is cozy and comfortable. Feel like you’re at home when you are here. Only a few minutes drive to multiple beaches including old Orchard Beach and Camp Ellis. Centrally located with easy access to shopping and amenities. This new efficiency is in a duplex building and is one of three apartments in the building. Kitchen and appliances are brand new and ready to be enjoyed. Two parking spaces off street available. Also washer and dryer included in unit.

I found everything I needed clean and organized sensibly in the room. Nice decoration. The first impression outside was concerning, house needs a power wash and yard/gardens could be shown some love. For the price, I expected that to be more well kept. Thanks for offering a new experience for me and being efficient with the business aspects.Wish I had the time to enjoy the fire pit!

Super clean and convenient location!

Ideally located and perfectly remodeled

My two young sons and I were looking for a place to stay that would give us easy access to Scarborough for a climbing camp and with proximity to other activities. This efficiency apartment in a converted house on a quiet street turned out to be ideal - it’s been freshly renovated and had everything we needed to be able to make meals for ourselves and enjoy both the area and some air conditioned downtime when we wanted that! The location is super convenient for anything you might want to do - we ended up in Portland occasionally, out at the East Point Sanctuary, and further south to the Seaside Trolley Museum. We didn’t make it to some of the other convenient destinations on this trip, but it would be easy to visit Funtown/Splashtown, Aquaboggan, and of course Okd Orchard Beach as well. The owner of the property had some of the clearest and most helpful instructions and guidance I’ve seen in a VRBO and he was super helpful and communicative both before and during our visit. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!
