Classic oceanfront Maine beach house with private access to 7-miles of sandy beach in Ferry Beach.  Property is a duplex that can be rented individually or together with friends.  Unit 2 has the same floor plan as unit one but has a smaller deck.  Unit 2 is on the right-hand side when facing the property. 

The first floor features a fully equipped kitchen and living room with a sleeper sofa, WIFI & cable TV.  Upstairs you'll find 3 bedrooms.  The master bedroom has a king bed, cable TV, and access to a front deck overlooking Saco Bay.  Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and a smart TV, and bedroom 3 has two twin beds. All bedrooms have fans (no air conditioning but a nice ocean breeze).  There is also a full bath with a tub-shower combo on the second floor.  

The outside space is truly amazing.  The top deck has a patio set (table, umbrella, and chairs) with ocean views.  The bottom has a small covered porch, a gas grill, and a picnic table.  There is also an outside shower and a large parking area that accommodate up to 3 vehicles per unit in the front yard.
