Wild turkeys and a local peacock family are regular visitors. 15–20 minutes to Downtown Sacramento, 20 minutes to the airport. Minimum 5-night stay. Professionally managed.

The space
A roomy ranch-style home with a relaxed, lived-in character — expect comfortable, classic furnishings rather than anything trendy, and a house that feels genuinely homey. King bed in the master suite; two twin beds in each of the second and third bedrooms. Living room plus a separate family/dining room that seats 10 — great for groups eating together. Kitchen with counter seating and four bar stools, fully equipped for home cooking. Piano, games, and shelves of books for downtime. Private pool and large tree-shaded backyard with covered patio and a 3-person enclosed gazebo swing. Two driveways with ample parking. Whole-house fan for warm evenings. Note: two large trees were downed in recent winter storms — backyard photos are being updated. Pool, lawn, and pest services are scheduled periodically and will be communicated in advance.

You're in a quiet rural pocket in the 95841 zip code — mature oak trees, a stream across the street, and an oversize neighborhood park nearby, yet I-80 and Business 80 are just around the corner. It feels like the countryside while being firmly in the Sacramento metro. Downtown Sacramento is 15–20 minutes. Sacramento International Airport and Sac State University are 20 minutes. Roseville is 20 minutes and Granite Bay/Folsom Lake is 30 minutes. Bus stops two blocks away connect to Sacramento light rail.

Guest access
A minimum stay of 5 nights is required. The nightly rate includes up to 4 guests, and additional guest fees will apply for each guest beyond that. Gatherings of more than 10 people are not permitted without prior approval, and an additional security deposit may be required for approved events. During your stay, you'll have the entire home to yourselves, allowing you to relax and enjoy complete privacy.

Other things to note
Our property manager will let you know what days authorized pool service, lawn service and pest service personnel are scheduled during your stay.

We want to ensure that your stay with us is enjoyable and hassle-free. To make sure that we maintain the property's cleanliness and safety, we kindly request that you take note of the following reminders for STRICT IMPLEMENTATION during your stay at our property:

• Pets are strictly prohibited on the premises.

• Smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana is strictly not allowed anywhere on the property. Please smoke on the street and do not litter cigarette butts or ashes on the property.

• Parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays, get-togethers, and the like are not allowed.

• Check-in time is after 4 PM and check-out time is by 11 AM.

• Please use the smart lock for self-check-in.

• Respect your neighbors by keeping noise levels down and avoiding disturbances.

• Do not wash dishes in the bathroom sink.

• Burning candles, incense, or any other open flames is strictly prohibited.

• Per regulations, guests are not allowed to use the mailboxes on site. You may have Amazon packages delivered to the door and also use nearby post office boxes for mail. We would not be liable for any lost packages.

• Please ensure that you lock the door AT ALL TIMES to ensure the safety of you and your belongings.

• The number of guests staying should not exceed the number stated in your reservation, and unapproved visitors are not allowed.

• Loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10 PM, are not allowed. • Please note that excessive internet data usage will result in a fee of $50 if it exceeds the limits of our plan.

• If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, look after it; if you make a mess, clean it up; and if you move it, replace it.

NOTE: We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind.

• FEES: A lost remote control (TV, fan, or air conditioner) will result in a $100 charge.

• Deep Cleaning and Holiday Cleaning Fee
A deep cleaning fee applies to reservations of 7 nights or more. A holiday cleaning fee also applies to guests who check out during recognized holiday dates.

An additional $87.5 fee will be charged for bookings that meet the criteria for both deep cleaning and a holiday stay. This amount will be collected after the reservation is confirmed.

• FEES: A $250 fine will be imposed for any type of smoking.

• FEES: Unapproved Late Check-Out fees: Every hour after 11 a.m. is an additional $50.

• FEES: Additional guests not listed in your reservation will be charged $50 per night per person. Please be completely transparent in your reservation to avoid this issue.

• FEES: A $250 fee will be assessed for blocking or covering entrance surveillance cameras.

•Toiletries provided in the bathroom are intended for initial use only. These items are meant to serve as a startup kit to get you settled in upon your arrival. For longer stays or if you require additional supplies, we kindly ask that you make the necessary arrangements to purchase these items as needed.
