This was a great place to stay. The host was friendly & the space was clean, cozy & just what we needed for our weekend getaway. Its perfect for two or three people. We will most likely visit again!

This apt has a great location to the medical center. We were late getting in and the host was great in helping us find the driveway on the busy street in the dark and fog.

I truly enjoyed this accommodation. It was within walking distance of the store and had many options to eat. I had one little hiccup but was handled with such grace. Would highly recommend this place. Will also be returning in the future.

We stayed for the weekend and the apartment was nice except there was no hot tub. But chris was very nice when we locked ourselves out and he had to let us in. Overall a nice stay would rent again.

Great spot to stay in Sacramento

We had an overnight trip to Sac for my birthday and this was the perfect location for my partner and I. It was centrally located to all of our plans. The spot was cozy and a nicely newly remodeled set of apartments. The bed was comfortable and it had all the amenities you’d need to a quick getaway or if you’re in town visiting family or for work. The host was always easy to get in touch with and quick to respond when I was making a mistake with the code to enter the property. We would definitely stay again.

Easy drive to uc Davis. Lots of restaurants nearby as well as target. it’s remarkably quiet there too. The host is extremely responsive and will address any questions or needs. Tip: bring your own hair dryer, slippers, soaps and stuff.

Fit our needs

The apartment was very clean and the host was responsive. It is located in a good area for what we needed. The parking is a little odd, and someone parked behind our car a few times, which ended up being ok, but would not have if we had kept the truck the car rental orignally gave us. We always had a parking spot though.The kitchen could also use a few things to make cooking easier, but we were able to make what we needed and overall had a good stay.

Overall, I had a good time, the appearance and the actual apartment. It was very nice. Unfortunately, there was construction going on that we was unaware of until we got there. I wouldn't have had a problem with that. Because considering the prices it was a great price. But you must let people know if you're doing renovations. That's what they're walking into second, It also specified, there's a hot tub. There was no hot tub none. Whatsoever, please take that off of your listing. Outside of the minor hiccups, the host was very friendly and very helpful and fixed. All issues. because you do not have a hot tub

Holiday stay

The interior of the condo was very clear and very well maintained. Everything worked except the TV remote which the manager fixed quickly by providing me another one. The driveway is a little hard to find in the dark and there was a little junk outside. Some chairs and patio decoration would dress it up nicely.
