We couldn’t entered we had a problem entering the property. But that’s understandable it happens sometimes not a big thing for us but when we went in there we had to use the bathroom after a 3 Hour Dr. but that’s when we noticed their was hair all over the bathroom floor and on the toilet and the sink trash can was still full had trash still inside from the last visitors restroom floors were dirty hadn’t been swept or mopped so I went to go look in the kitchen cabinets that have the silverware, dirty and had product of food around them, stove, dirty, so that led me to go look inside the sheets I opened the sheets and noticed hair and a stain then I opened the refrigerator dirty I took pictures 22 of everything because when I call the owner again to notify him of what whats going on and what I noticed, which he had just spoke to us cause he had to open the door he wanted me to send pictures so I did I left as soon as we notice because we still needed to use the restroom somewhere else we had all our stuff in the car luckily, we hadn’t take anything down he said he was working on getting money back three hours later, he said, go ahead and rent place waiting for cleaner she be there the next day but at 12am He texted me I was not getting a refund. They had me on the phone till 3 AM just to tell me that I could’ve cleaned it all up myself that none of that was a big thing Vrbo give me cleaning money back owner would not give me the rest
