Stayed for 5 nights, 4 with family and 1 night just me. I was surprisingly comfortable even alone. The place is cozy and feels safe. The beds are comfy. Loved the layout. The neighborhood is ideal and convenient to everything. Met the lower tenants, super nice family. Parking was easy, always finding a space in front. Communication with the owner was easy and Roger is very responsive and accommodating. Check-in and check-out was easy. Would love to stay again. Highly recommend.

My daughter was attending a conference downtown and I came along to help with the children. We found this home to be very comfortable and well stocked with amenities like coffee and tea, and cleaning supplies, extra towels, blankets, toilet paper, etc., were also easy to find. The instructions for check-in and check-out were easy to follow. The host was available via text and responded quickly. He also obtained a second parking pass for us as we had two vehicles. We had no trouble parking close to the house. The welcome bottle of Prosecco was a nice extra touch as well!The location was nicely situated with close proximity to downtown and neighborhood parks. There were several restaurants within easy walking distance as well. And other attractions (zoo, Fairytale Land) were a short drive away.

Nicely appointed second floor duplex unit with a full kitchen and two private, comfortable bedrooms. Really nice living room, dining room, and two porches. Perfect for our stay.

Excellent location and owner made things so easy, would definitely highly recommend the place. He even had a list of local eateries, markets, and had a bottle of prosecco waiting on us. We arrived later at night and he had coffee for our morning. Very thoughtful host.

Great place to stay

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The check-in process was a breeze and communication with Roget beforehand was easy. The house looks like a model and is stocked with all everyday necessities you may need while away from home. The mattress and bedding was amazing and I slept like a baby during our stay. The location of the house is great, close to the freeway and downtown attractions. I often travel back to visit family in Sacramento and look forward to staying here again.

Nice Stay Downtown SAC

This being my first time, the entire experience was pleasant. The property was nice and nicely appointed. Everything I needed was there plus a few unexpected niceties. The neighborhood was quiet. The price was an excellent value when compared with a comparable hotel arrangement. The few questions I had were answered promtIy. 'll stay there again when necessary.

The place was clean and had all the amenities we needed. You will have to be able to walk up the stairs to get to this place so if stairs are not something that someone can climb this place will not work for you. Overall, it is a nice place and it is centrally located to all the things you would want to go to in the downtown area.

Nice quiet place to stay

I stayed at this property for Ironman California. It is super close to Capitol Mall and a bunch of great restaurants/attractions, but on a quiet, tree-lined street. Communication with host Roger was easy. The duplex is clean and well-stocked. It's particularly well set up for roommates/2 couples to stay as both bedrooms are really nice – none of that "who gets the good room" situation.

Comfortable stay in a charming old house

Full, well-stocked kitchen and two comfortable bedrooms made this a perfect place for me and my adult son to stay for three nights. Walking distance to capitol, amazing railroad museum, and Golden 1 Center for NBA games. Highly recommended.

Great place! Owner very friendly. Only issue is parking. It’s hard to find a spot on the street.

My mother and I were so happy with the rental. She’s not a easy traveler to please. The place was clean and felt like home. Great area. We only had trouble finding a place to park at certain times.

Great vrbo. It was very clean and conveniently located. The owners were pleasant to work with. A nice patio outback to visit and relax. It is an upstairs apartment, but it is quiet with plenty of room. TV and all kitchen appliances worked well. We would definitely stay again.
