Comfy 3 beds/2 bath private unit with backyard

There is 3 beds/2 bath separated and very private part of the house with private front door entrance and private backyard, suitable for comfortable stay for up to 8 people. Specious living room, kitchen with full size refrigerator, shady outdoor sitting area, Wi-Fi, TV with Hulu and Netflix apps. All our bedrooms were supplied with brand new mattresses, "Children's" bedroom can work perfectly for tall adults as well because has two Twin XL size beds.
The space
This is a private unit with private front entrance and private backyard area:
- Separate, very welcoming living area with fireplace and twin size sofa-bed (for additional guest).
- Full kitchen equipped with a microwave, fridge, coffeemaker, toaster, electric kettle, etc... With family size dining table.
- 3 spacious bedrooms. Biggest one has a KING SIZE bed, second one QUEEN SIZE bed and third one has two TWIN XL SIZE beds and full size futon (for additional guest).
- TWO bathrooms.
Unit is recently remodeled and upgraded and has a wonderful, fresh, cozy feeling. There are more units on the property but all of them are totally separated from each other, they are well insulated and all of them have their own private entrances. We provide all things our guests might need, do our best to make sure that everyone gets as much privacy as possible and that our guests are comfortable throughout their stay.
No matter if you are traveling for business purposes or just exploring the area, we are sure you will be very satisfied with your stay.
We do not provide any personal AC controller inside the unit. There is central AC for the
Whole house controlled online by host; it is set up for 71(21.5 C) degree for summer time and 69 (20.5 C) degree for winter time.
In the hottest days it might be a little bit higher because there is a limit to how much an air conditioner can realistically cool when comparing temperature differences between inside and outside air.
If you get hot, please use ceiling fan.
If you get cold, in summer time you can open windows.
If you are not comfortable with this, please, do not book it.

The home was beautiful, very clean, and in a great location. We really enjoyed our stay. One thing I overlooked before booking is that the property does not have a washer and dryer, which can be challenging for longer stays. For a home of this size, having laundry facilities would be a great addition. Also, a couple of the bedrooms did not have closet space—there were dressers available, but no place to hang clothes. Overall, it’s a wonderful property, but adding these amenities would make it even better for future guests.

This property was clean, convenient and comfortable. It is in a nice neighbor that was very close to family and the attractions in Sacramento, i.e. the downtown area, Lake Tahoe, San Fransico. The property manager made the check in/out process easy. We would definitely stay there again when visiting family in Sacramento.

Family visit

Property was clean, beds were comfortable and location was easy access to freeway. Had a nice back yard however we did not use. Kitchen was very well equipped with dishes and pots and pans. Had plenty of towels. Only negative was Wi-Fi. Very, very slow and constantly would loose connection. We were there for 11 days and enjoyed the home.

A nice home away from home.

Super easy check in. There was plenty of room for the four of us. 2 adults and 2 children. The beds are comfortable, and showers have great water pressure. The kitchen is fully stocked including coffee, and filters. The window coverings allow complete privacy. (That is a big deal for me.) I would definitely atay again.

A lovely, quiet place to stay with everything needed

Such a lovely and comfortable place to stay. It was very clean, and had everything we might need - easy parking, comfy beds, places to hang out (front room, kitchen, outdoors - tho it was cold for outside for is as we were visiting family for thanksgiving, but it looked very pleasant :) soaps, towels, dishes etc. It also had lovely decor while feeling very comfortable and was quiet and peaceful. We would stay here again for sure.

Good pre-communication from property with directions, easy access to home. Overall cleanliness was okay - some dishes in the kitchen cupboards were not clean but the kitchen was stocked nicely with some initial general necessities. Teflon pans for cooking were a little worn. One of the bathrooms was a challenge if you have seniors with some mobility issues. Directions asked for caution in not staining linen but some of the towels/wash cloths were stained. No washer/dryer available. Only one bedroom had closet space but other bedrooms had hanger racks over the bedroom doors for hanging options. Overall - the home was comfortable and met our basic needs.
