Great location for multi-generation stay

We loved the location of this house for our Thanksgiving long weekend in Sacramento. Easy access to Land Park, the zoo and Fairytale Land. The backyard of the house was great for kids to play in and we loved walking in the neighborhood. Beds were comfortable in the house and the kitchen was well equipped for our stay.

This is great place for a big family to stay. It has all the amenities you might need. The house was clean with the exception of the outdoor furniture which could use some attention.

Nice layout

Nice home. 4 rooms with nice beds and a big backyard for hanging out with friends or family. The spa water was old and needed to be changed, so we did not utilize the spa.

Great work from home / family vacation spot

We booked this place to work from home and visit family in the area. High speed internet supported both our video calls. Clean comfortable house with everything we needed to cook. Nice beds and linens. Owner responsive when we had questions. Hot tub needed a little help when we got there and the owner came and fixed it up quickly. Nice walkable safe area. Beautiful part of Sacramento. Would stay again.came quickly to help us get it going

Bibi and Auntie trip

The property was perfect for hanging out with the grands & great niece & nephew. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Big comfy couch and beds for all. Cooking on an electric stove was new, but easy to do. Lemon, orange, and grapefruit trees in back that we picked. Unfortunately we could not enjoy the lovely large backyard due to rain. Would stay again.

We spent a week in this comfortable, well-equipped house. We were a party of five adults in Sacramento for a family celebration. The house is located in a lovely residential community with quick access to midtown Sacramento and Land Park. We especially enjoyed the spacious back yard and patio, filled with fruit trees (the grapefruit were ripe and delicious). Most of all we appreciated Ryker's responsiveness to our questions and requests. We had an exceptional time and would recommend this house to both families with children and groups of adults.
