Just the overall appearance was old and not very well kept up. Had to get our Room Keys made 2 time because one or both stopped working. Althought they have a full breakfast, the food was not very good.

Receptionist, April, was friendly, courteous and helpful. My family and I enjoyed the free breakfast. They had eggs, bacon, sausage, cereal, bagels, toasted bread, yogurt, oatmeal, orange juice, coffee, hot chocolate, tea and make your own waffles which my girls enjoyed so much.

If you don't need fancy or modern and just need a place to sleep then you'll be ok. It was clean, staff was friendly and the breakfast was reallt good. It really does need some updates though. Overall decent stay.

Fantastic stay, property was clean, staff were friendly, full breakfast in the morning with eggs and potatoes and waffles, easy access ice and water right off the lobby.

Cons first: Traffic noise was noticeable in the room Difficult to find outlets for fast charge adapter Pros: Room was clean Comfortable and well kept furnishings, but slightly worn. No surprise charges on check out

Just discouraging what $100/night gets. I mean it was mostly okay. Found a curly/short hair in the shower, hallways wee not vacuumed well, noisy stairwell door just outside mine, rug was only semi-vacuumed, but worst was that the swing-lock (one that really secures door against someone hacking the card key lock) was broken.

We enjoyed our stay, the hotel is nice, but it can be nicer, by fixing it up. But we did enjoy breakfast and coffee all day. We also love how close the restaurant was to the hotel, we love one restaurant next door to the hotel it was healthy and great services

It was a nice place . What i didn't like was the broken elevator and the noise of something like slamming of doors. Front desk Eruc and Jemmaih were excellent and manager was very nice.

Breakfast was good for a buffet. Potatoes, eggs, sausage, waffle, yogurt, cereal... Some staff was friendly others ignored a friendly, "hello". The room smelled clean, but the halls have an old cigarette smell. The road noise on the freeway side is substantial as is the sound of doors closing.

The beds were very uncomfortable and blanket not too warm, too lightweight for this time of year. Only one wastebasket, should be two, one in bath, other in bedroom.

The staff were so friendly and hardworking. There was a really bad storm and power went out for almost a whole day and they put tealights in the stairwells and did a lot of stairs helping people get into rooms and keep us safe. And the breakfast every morning was very well done and lots to eat and kept clean. Well done ladies and gentlemen.

The room was nice. Walls are VERY thin - you can hear everything everyone says. The power was out (not their fault - bad weather), but we had to go buy a lantern or sit in the dark
