「Great Hotel. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.」

「Next to Pune Train Station, so a little chaos around. But the hotel itself is good, all staff are very helpful and speaks flunet English. They are willing to talk and share travelling information with guests. I like the welcome herbal tea they provided. Breakfast buffet is brilliant, every type of choice.」

「Good hotel, helpful staff」

「The sink was dirty and towel very warn out. Staff did not respond promptly to housekeeping . On the plus side the breakfast was excellent and staff very welcoming. I wouldnt rate this a 5 star, based on cleanliness. Service could improve . Whatever staff we did meet did make us feel welcome.」

「Best person in this property is Pramila...Pramila you rock. she gave accurate information about the area and will guided all the way. I would say Pramila is an asset to the company 」

「nice staff, location is good, recommend for short stay in Pune.」

「Overall the staff are well trained and exceeded expectation, especially front desk and restaurant Mr. Chethan.」
