"The property was very clean. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Room is equipped with a microwave, a mini fridge, a kettle, a toaster, and all the basic kitchen utensils and cutlery you may need for your short stay. The only downside is that there is no place to eat near the Chalet or in town unless you drive to nearest town Pictou which is 15 minutes drive away."

"Beautiful cottage with all the amenities for a lovely stay. The wrap-around gated deck was perfect for our outdoor enjoyment and our Golden Retriever Stella. Bed and bedding comfy. Kitchen area great and barbecue worked well for our shish kebabs and steak. Warm water at beach and beautiful sunsets. Our host Suzanne was very helpful and accommodating. We enjoyed exploring Tatamagouche and other spots nearby. Great lunch at The Chowder House ( even senior prices!)"

"Our stay at Field and Fern Cottages in their Sunset Cottage #2 was excellent. Our cottage was very clean and tidy. It held all of the amenities needed by us plus a crib board and various games. We did bring our own cooler as well. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the front deck and got to check out and listen to the horses across the way from the stables. The hot tub was very relaxing. We didn't try out our fire pit but found it was well stocked with wood. Our hosts and their communication was excellent. We were down on vacation and booked this cottage on line a number of months before. We would happily book again with Field and Fern in the future. Cheers Scott & Pam"

"Fox Harb’r is a remarkable place to golf, relax, bike, spa, enjoy the ocean. The facilities are excellent, staff from around the world, food outstanding and wine selection wide and fantastic. We played golf and enjoyed the spa. So many other options as well. Highly “very” highly recommend. We will bring friends next summer."
