“We were very pleased with the facility and staff. The room was clean, the breakfast was sufficient, and we had only one issue. I had to have the key cards redone 6 times in 3 days. Fortunately we were located less than 25 feet from the front desk, if we had been on the third floor our review would have been less glowing.”

The desk attendant was quick and courteous, ,even at the late hour we’d arrived. We were surprised at how comfortable the bed was including the soft sheets. “Rooms were nothing nice, very Spartan accommodations. Watch out for the $50.00 pet fee which is not reflected on the price by Expedia. Staff was very confused and didn’t seem to know policy or procedures of the hotel. Upon leaving in the morning there was no one at the front desk and it had a rolling metal shutters and no where to leave the keys. I highly recommend looking elsewhere like the comfort inn. They accept pets and can accommodate you with no surprises-”

“Small breakfast buffet but still good. The fresh fruit and bacon were yummy. I love that the pool only goes to 4’. Friendly for families. Spacious elevators”

“Everything was great, except for the toilet in my room, which took 5 minutes to stop refilling the water tank. The noise was disturbing. The front desk staff verified the issue around 2:00 am but couldn’t fix it, and no room change was available. I had to use the toilet three more times that early morning, which was particularly troublesome at night. Additionally, the coffee machine dispensed hairs when I tried to get hot water, making me concerned about using it for coffee. I reported these……

“The suits is clean and quiet. Like it has sofa and desk. Breakfast is very simple. Stayed two nights but no WiFi and Att signal in this area is very poor, hardly connected to internet. Not good for business and traveling.”
