「This is a “bed&breakfast” type stay. 4 rooms, 3 upstairs (very tight quarters), 1 downstairs. Each bedroom has its own keycode lock. 1 shared bathroom (downstairs) approximately 6x6 at bottom of stairs. House is also shared with owner that has their office/bedroom attached and accessible from inside rental. Owner has dog with anxiety issues that has full access to the house. 「The property was fine but for the amount they charged really needed work. The house is old and we had a big problem with ants and bugs in the house. The location was very good and easy access to Hyannis center and many other areas. The check out time was 10am and too early. The house needs some updates but comfortable.
