“My husband and I had a wonderful stay during the July 4th week. We stayed in a one bedroom on the second floor. The one bedroom’s have a living room / kitchen area separated from the bedroom. The kitchen area includes a large dining table, an apartment size refrigerator/freezer, a toaster, a coffee maker, and all the kitchen plates, bowls, utensils. The one bedroom’s also included two full bathrooms. And a balcony off the family room and one off of the bedroom.

“The cottage was so comfortable and beautiful. It was about a 20 minute walk to catch the ferries to the Vineyard and Nantucket, and very close to town. We made some friendly suggestions and Tom responded immediately, and was open to our suggestions. That’s a great host!!! ”

“Wow, is all I can say! This property is amazing and was a perfect spot for our annual family reunion! Our group of 20 (ages 4-82) had plenty of space to be together and also have our own space!
