  • Minutes to the major attractions in town, Main St. is about 1/3 of a mile east of this home. This home features the following amenities.....

    2 bedrooms with queen beds
    Living room with Pull Out Couch w/queen mattress and Directv
    Main floor bathroom between the 2 bedrooms
    2nd bathroom with shower in the basement
    Kitchen with Stainless Steel Refrigerator, Stove, and Microwave
    One car garage in which you can park your vehicle
    Washer and Dryer in Basement
    WiFi
    Air Hockey Table in the basement and board games.
    Back Patio with Propane Fire Pit and Patio chairs.

    We purchased this home in August of 2017 and have updated both bedrooms, the bathroom, the kitchen, and living room! It looks great and is ideal for 2 couples, a family of 4-6, or business travelers. This home is perfect for wedding guests or family and friends here for one of the various festivals in town. We enjoyed staying at the property. Very clean and the host was very responsive. The water pressure in the shower was amazing, the beds very comfortable. We really had a wonderful trip and would likely stay again, we loved the area. Lots of things to do in Frankenmuth. We went there for the snow and while we were there, no snow.

By far, the best rental I have stayed in! Home was extremely clean, well stocked with the essentials, as well as anything else one would possibly need! Location was great and very safe.

Viola's Place was everything I thought it would be and more. It was convenient to all the things to do when visiting the Frankenmuth area. The house was very comfortable all around, including nice beds, very clean bathrooms (with awesome shower water pressure as a bonus!) and a well-stocked kitchen with any cookware and/or utensils you could want. The basement also had a game room and washer/dryer for use. Hope to stay again in the future.

Great locations and close to everything in town! Hosts were super attentive to details from a stocked coffee bar and treats to all of the amenities and household goods you could need.
