Standard occupancy is 12 people, but his house comfortably fits 16 people and can sleep 20. There is a $25.00 extra fee per person per night for each guest above 12 people. 10 minutes to Sandpoint, 25-30 minutes to Schweitzer Ski Resort. Incredible fishing right from docks/shore.
