"I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Everything was great, from the cleanliness and atmosphere to the overall service. Most of the staff were very friendly, welcoming, and professional, and they made our stay really enjoyable. However, I would like to mention one negative experience with a non-Egyptian female receptionist. Unfortunately, her attitude was not friendly or professional, and the way she dealt with us was quite disappointing compared to the excellent service we received from the rest of the staff. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and I would definitely consider coming back. I hope the management will take this feedback into consideration, as the rest of the team was excellent."

"This hotel is lovely - the foyer and entrance are grand and spacious, The room was lovely - we had a suite for 4 of us which had 2 two ensuite bedrooms and a separate bathroom - so was very spacious and comfortable. The staff we encountered at the reception, dining areas, bar, pool and beach area were all friendly and helpful. The main pool is big enough but not as big as some of these complexes have - but was usually never super busy when we were there. The private beach area is nice and the sea there lovely. The main buffet restaurant can get very busy and loud which is expected with a big hotel - but we found it less enjoyable eating there. The food there was mixed - some food was really good ( salads, breads, eggs, puds) and some was less to our liking, but we found the two other restaurants (seafood and Turkish) were much nicer and quieter - felt more like a nice dinner out so we tended to eat there in the evenings even though it meant paying extra."
