"So room was nice and big, what we didn’t like is that we had to pay for the sheets for every bed. This is the first time this has ever happened checking in and being asked if I have the sheets and it will be 12 eruo for each bed and to top it off I had to clean it myself or pay them to clean my room. We have been on many vacations never have we been charged extra for them to clean the room. And fyi the room was not that clean when we got there with panties in the trash can. "Very convenient location with just a few minutes walking to the train station via the platform #1. While the rail road is next to the hotel it is surprisingly very quiet inside. Breakfast was somewhat disappointed, tasteless. It was nice that the hotel offered the city pass, that was very convenient for using a public transportation completely free! We would stay there again."

"This was a nice sized room with a comfy king sized bed. The building itself is historic, but the rooms are updated and modern with hard surface flooring. We were on the third floor and had a nice balcony that looked over the lake. Lots of shopping and dining options near the hotel. Easy to grab transit or Taxi/Uber as well. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Montreaux. "

"What an excellent place to stay! The staff absolutely top notch, so helpful, friendly and very professional. Theon was spectacular and that view from the balcony was amazing. The room was clean, bed was the most comfortable I had in Switzerland, breakfast was good with a decent selection. I highly recommend staying here. It is very close to the bus line so perfect for explore the city or getting to the train station. I would definitely get a room with a balcony, you definitely won't regret it. "

"Location was excellent! Room had a great lake view and was very comfortable. The only staff we encountered was at the front desk. She was great! We could walk to and from the train station, BUT on the route we took we had go DOWN towards the lake and encountered a LOT of stairs to go down, which leads towards the lake, turned left at the bottom of the stairs then a few blocks to the hotel. Escalator is available on the return to train station, in lieu of the LOTS of stairs BUT only an UP escalator. We had only carryon luggage, so it was okay on the down part, but if we’d had larger luggage we would’ve gotten a taxi or ride share. Overall it was a great location. The promenade along the lake is spectacular! Would definitely book this hotel again!"
