"L’endroit est bien situé pour des touristes. Tout est propre. Le service est très cordial. Le déjeuner servi est très bien. Cet établissement offre en excellent rapport qualité prix. Un seul point moins positif à souligner, le loquet de notre porte de chambre était coincé. Il faut savoir tourner la poignée avec une bonne secousse vers le bas pour l’ouvrir. Dans notre coin d’étage, nous avons entendu un autre client en arracher avec sa poignée. Je suis certain que l’établissement réglera ce petit inconvénient rapidement."

"Rapport qualité/prix excellent! Il y a de la place pour des améliorations... nous avons du appeler plusieurs fois pour réparer la chasse d'eau dans la salle de bain.. mais cela n'a jamais été fait. Pour le reste, c'était parfait, belle vue sur le fleuve, chambres propres, kitchtenette fonctionnelle, personnel très aimable."

"J’ai été agréablement surprise par l’hôtel. En pleine fds de la course Haricana où tout était complet, on avait un beau calme et suffisamment de nourriture au déjeuner. Belle variété! J’ai eu un accueil exceptionnel par l’employé de la réception, samedi soir le 12/9. Je ne connais pas son nom, mais il était absolument poli, serviable, aux devants de mes besoins, souriant et vraiment excellent à son poste. Je tiens à souligner que de tels employés font briller l’hôtel. Merci"

"The Sunset is amazing and staff were very helpful! The rooms are clean but could use an update, maybe painting the brown panelling white would help bring it out of the 70’s era. Parking can be difficult at times due to restaurant on site. We were woken up at 3 am by a few people, who were having a party directly above our room, it was loud enough that a nearby neighbour came to ask them to be quiet!"

"Very nice place. Not that close to the tourist area but there is a nice park down the street that has an amazing view of the river. I'm not sure I'd want to stay there in the summer as there wasn't air conditioning but there was a fan in the room."
