"Pretty sure this place has a mold issue. Room smelled musty and when I woke up in the morning I could hardly breathe. Lobby is pretty, gym is OK but no mats. If you have mold allergies you may want to stay elsewhere. Room was pretty old and worn."

"Location of this hotel is good. It is downtown and close proximity to Daikon Park and Toyota Center. The valet drop off pick up area is very confusing super busy at a very busy intersection that would be my chief complaint and of course, like most downtown towns of major cities, homeless people and people under the influence of certain substances make you feel a bit uneasy of going out once it gets dark not very amenities. You have free coffee, free water, which is great. They also offer toothbrushes and shoe covers razors, etc. at no additional cost."

"I got there and my bedding looked like someone had soiled themselves on the bed. All the way down to the bed pad. It had makeup all over the bed and hair. They brought us be Linen but there was no one there to make the bed. So we had to do it ourselves. This was on a Saturday. I was told to wait until the manager came in the next day. She arrived late. She came in and told me that she can refund me a half a day and that I should have came in earlier so that she could have sold the room but since I didn’t it was not her problem and she could only give me half. Then upper management didn’t come in until Monday. He got there and decided to tell me that hotels don’t have managers on the weekends, as if I’ve never been to a hotel before. Both of their responses were not a response to assist the situation but to rebuttal.. 0/10 would not recommend.."
