"Great price and location... the room was very clean but could use a major refresh. No coffee maker, the blow dryer did not work and there was no outlet for the microwave where it was placed, had to be moved to an outlet on the counter by the sink. However, loved that there was a washer and dryer in the space and not having any carpets was also a huge bonus. Its so refreshing to walk on clean bare wood floors -- I wish more establishments would do this."

"The only negative aspect was we arrived 2 hours early (finishing a cruise in Quebec City that morning) and we're told that if our room was ready ( it wasn't) that we would have to pay $10 an hour to check in early. Never experienced this before - there were other guests traveling with us and their room was ready and we're told the same thing. They declined and spent the 2 hours in the lobby. There was literally a women stretched out on the couch napping and others sitting in chairs with their feet up on other chairs. , and suitcases stacked up along the wall. It didn't seem like a very good image for business. I understand fully if my room isn't ready before check in time, but what is the point of charging extra for letting tired travelers in their rooms early so long as the room is ready? Would certainly be better than having people camped out in the lobby- just a thought from a tired traveler."
