Welcome to Saint-Briac-Sur-Mer, a charming little coastal town located in Brittany, which combines nature, discoveries and moments of pleasure. You can stay in this beautiful, bright and warm house, capable of accommodating up to eight people. You will find all the necessary comfort to fully enjoy your holiday.

You will have the chance to be surrounded by several beaches, the closest being only 1 kilometre away. Activities are varied: hiking, walking to the port or fishing. You will be in an ideal place to discover the small pleasures of the town.

The house also has a large garden of 400 m², perfect for delighting both young and old. You can enjoy outdoor meals, with good barbecue grills or enjoy moments of relaxation thanks to its garden lounge, between two swims.



First, you will find a living room, equipped with a comfortable sofa and a television. The dining room and open kitchen are located just behind. The latter is fully equipped and has all the necessary utensils to prepare your meals. You will find induction hobs, a fridge-freezer, an oven, a microwave, a kettle, a filter coffee maker, a toaster and a dishwasher.

Still on the ground floor, you will have access to the first bedroom, equipped with a double bed (140x190 cm) and an adjoining bathroom.



Upstairs, you will discover the three other bedrooms: two of them are equipped with a double bed (140x190 cm) and the last one has two single beds (90x190 cm), which you can separate or bring together according to your preferences. A bathroom is also at your disposal, equipped with a hairdryer.



Finally, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a bicycle storage room and three parking spaces are provided for your comfort.
