La Tranquilla - A quelques pas de la plage
The Cocoonr/Bookandpay agency in Saint-Cast-le-Guildo offers this charming 90 m² house for rent, less than 500 m from the beach, which can accommodate up to 6 travelers. It comprises a pretty 35 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms (with shower). Wifi, bed linen included and towels on request - we're waiting for you!
The accommodation is as follows:
First floor
- 35 m² living room with TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite shower room
- Shower room with WC

- Bedroom 3: with double bed (140×200)
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: gas barbecue with plancha, washing machine, high chair, cot, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- A 12 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
