「I was offered a different place on the day of my check-in.
The unit I booked was on the 2nd floor, but the unit I received was on the fourth floor.
The issues:
This is next to a Railroad track and the trains during the night blow their whistles. At least 4 times after 10 pm and during the night.
The AC system is not working, there is an AC unit full of dust by the window and a floor fan, which I ended up using.
There's a lot of dust and dirt by the floors near the windows.

「Unfortunately the apartment was very dirty. Dirt in bathtub. Floor was sticky and made our feet black. Dirty socks in closet. Towels were dirty. Counters were dirty. Half eaten food in kitchen. Host was very responsive and nice and tried to help but cleaning crew was lacking. No blankets for 2 beds and when I asked for some they brought me 2 more sheets. I am afraid I will not stay again.
