Quiet and family residence with private pool and children's pool, direct access to the beach through the gardens (50m).
The residence is at the end of the lagoon so the beach is less crowded there.
The hotel La lagune offering treatments and massages is nearby.

Located 50 meters from the beach, a mini market with hot spot is 300 meters away. A shopping center with very good food shops is located 15 minutes walk, the port and its many glaciers is 20 minutes walk. ideal for leaving your car in the parking lot and doing everything by bike.
Large capellans course (tennis, squash, padle, tropical garden), equestrian center, karting, nearby auqaland.
Collioure and its magnificent Côte Vermeille and its vineyards are 20 km away
Spain and the mountains at 30kms.
