There was no reception area or staff to help with check-in. However, all the instructions were in a message sent to me before arrival. 「Hotel staff were very helpful. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Pool and hot tub were well maintained and even had a lovely deck off the pool area to relax and dry off after a swim. Restaurant although a little pricey was excellent food and convenient. A little extra bonus there is a cinema in the lower level where I went and picked up a bag of popcorn for a late night snack.」

「Attente de 45 minutes entre mon arrivée et la prise de possession de la clé de ma chambre. Pas d excuse du proprio ni de la dame qui a finalement apporté la clé. Pas de stores ni rideaux à la fenêtre qui donnait sur l EST (levé du soleil) donc réveil à 5.30h. Pas de télé, pas de frigo, cafetière mais pas de tasse ni de café ni de verre. Par contre chambre parfaitement propre et très belle vue sur le Saguenay. Y retourner? Non」

「Il s'agit de ma première visite à cet hôtel depuis des années. L'endroit est des plus agréable, j'ai vraiment apprécié le modèle d'accueil, l'ambiance et même les parfums. J'ajouterais que chaque contact avec des membres du personnel à été agréable et respectueux. Finalement, la chambre était parfaitement confortable et l'emplacement idéal pour profiter du bas de la ville, ses restaurants et attraits.」
