「It's truly a boutique hotel, personally owned by one man since 2005. It took him 2 years to renovate a neglected 19th century stable and create a luxurious retreat. The hotel only has 8 rooms (making it the smallest 5-star hotel in France), and it's open during Biarritz' high season, only 4 months. The grounds are beautiful, the rooms are tastefully decorated in a blend of modern and period furnishings. 「Super bien placé, à mon avis tout neuf. Par contre petit déjeuner décevant car pas vraiment une cuisine, il faudrait travailler mieux le coté pratique et variété.」

「Excellente adresse : dans les hauteurs du joli village de la Bastide-Clairence (canon by night également), petites maisons de style basque bien équipées, emplacement idéal pour rayonner alentour, personnel aux petits soins, panorama sympathique. Une belle découverte hors-saison (février). Nous essaierons de revenir en été !」
