「The Hotel itself was really clean the front desk Staff was amazing. We were upset that during our 5 day stay we had to leave garbage and dirty towels in the hall and the bags and towels were not replaced by house keeping staff. We would stu again but definetly request housekeeping during your stay.」

「Lovely property a nice 30 minute walk to the centre of Drummondville which has an excellent selection restaurants. Property is very clean and well maintained and managed. We had a wonderful room (149) on the first floor of the hotel with parking adjacent to the room (accessible from both inside and outside). We even had a private patio. Hotel is pet friendly (staff brought our dog a bed, dishes and treats!) and our hotel of choice when we are in Drummondville. 」

「Was suppose to of been accessible room and it wasn't. Couldn't park in front of door so we were walking back and forth using our walkers carrying our stuff in and it was pouring rain. No bars in tub or toilet.」
