AC does not work. Was not expecting to be so uncomfortable given how much we paid. Hotel paid lip service but did not seem to care at all.

Loved this place so much! The room was great and the staff was great especially when I got super sick and they were so kind when they cleaned it up for me and kept checking in on me when they saw me! The hotel its self is really great and close to most things a tourist would want to do or close to transportation incase you want to go far! 10/10 would go again!

"The staff was extremely concerned with our well being and have offered a very nice commercial gesture to compensate for the lack of hot water in our room. Our room faced the city of Gien and the view was really great. One just have to walk accross a bridge to reach the interesting sidewalk with restaurants ..."
