Wonderful, comfortable getaway

This is a very nice property in Saint Francois. The four bedrooms are nicely furnished and the pool was refreshing and clean. The kitchen is of high quality and easy to use. The concierge, Eric, was excellent and friendly. He even helped us find where to buy peanut butter! Although the area felt very safe there was an electric gate for the driveway. The garden was very nice. We very much enjoyed our stay and only wish it was longer. The information provided with the house on local beaches and places to visit was very helpful. Thank you!

Sejour entre amis (2 couples)

Nous revenons tout juste de notre second séjour à la villa Magenta et nous sommes toujours aussi ravis. Nos amis ont également beaucoup apprécié. La situation de la villa est idéale, proche du centre de Saint François (5kms environ) sur la route touristique. La villa n’a pas de vis à vis et c’est génial. Quand on est sur la terrasse nous pouvons profiter d’une superbe vue sur le jardin. Au coucher du soleil c’est juste magnifique. La villa est très bien équipée, on ne manque de rien. Avant notre arrivée, la propriétaire, Valérie, a répondu rapidement à toutes mes interrogations. Sur place, Christelle, de la conciergerie, nous a accueilli dans les meilleures conditions et j’en profite pour la remercier une nouvelle fois. Si je devais faire deux suggestions d’amélioration, ça serait d’envisager de rajouter des moustiquaires aux portes fenêtres des chambres.m et de réparer le jacuzzi. Nous reviendrons à la Villa avec plaisir lors d’un prochain séjour en Guadeloupe.

Nous avons bien été reçu.certaines prestations comme le bain à remous ne fonctionne pas depuis des lustres ! Le sol autour de la piscine est dangereux (risques d’échardes)trop de proximité avec les voisins ! Les moustiquaires sont vieillissantes et sales (poussiéreuses) Il n’y avait pas de climatisation durant 2 jours dans l’une des chambres. Chemin de terre pouracceder à la villa !

Superbe Villa Magenta !

Villa magnifique encore plus belle que sur les photos ! Dans un quartier très calme juste bercés par le chant des coqs. L'emplacement est très bien par contre il faut une voiture pour se déplacer à moins que l'on soit un cycliste chevronné. Nous 7 recommandons chaudement !

Villa agréable avec literie confortable et belles prestations. Précision important la villa jouxte une autre maison et la proximité est vraiment là - detail qui n’est pas clairement explicite dans l’annonce. Des vis et des lames de terrasse ressortent autour de la piscine - quelques autres petits détails ternissent un peu le tableau (aspirateur en panne, capteurs incendie qui sonnent au milieu de la nuit…).

Great Property for Friends and Family

We were 2 families with young kids and had a great time at Villa Magenta. The villa itself has a very nice layout with a huge living area and 2 adult bedrooms overlooking the lovely pool and gardens. The house is very well equipped including great cooking equipment and beach furniture. The pool is very good. Check in/out and comms were also great. A little out of the way but in easy reach of some of a Guadeloupe's best beaches. All in all highly recommended

Lovely family villa in St. Francois

We just returned from a terrific 8-night stay at Villa Magenta in St. Francois, Guadeloupe. The house is an indoor/outdoor home, with large garage-style doors opening to the spacious deck and private pool. The kitchen is modern, well-appointed and with every appliance necessary for a vacation stay. The 4 bedrooms were comfortable and included much-needed air conditioning and mosquito nets, which we benefitted from each night. The home is convenient to St. Francois with local bakeries, restaurants and grocery shopping. We were able to walk down to the local beach (10 minutes) and used our car to drive everywhere on the island. Eric, the property manager was helpful and very accessible. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Villa Magenta!

Fantastic property with everything you need.

This was a lovely first trip to the Caribbean for my husband’s 60th birthday and we were not disappointed. Marie answered all our questions promptly before we left and booking was very easy. We were met by Eric who showed us around and made Ti Punch to welcome us. The villa was beyond expectation and supplies were provided for breakfast the next morning. We hired a car for the week and explored the island. We would recommend a trip to the rainforest, Deshaies and Pointe des Chateaux. Chez Christine is definitely worth a visit: it is not far from the villa, the food was amazing and Christine was very welcoming We also ate a lovely meal at La Table D’Amelie, overlooking the sea in St Francois. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Une villa sublime tout simplement, hyper fonctionnelle, avec un accueil chaleureux de la part d'Eric, bienveillant tout au long de notre séjour. A recommander sans hésitation ! Nous avons passé 3 semaines à la Villa Magenta et ce fût un réel plaisir. A commencer par l’accueil, Éric est vraiment très accueillant et toujours disponible. Le petit déjeuner d’accueil est aussi très appréciable ! La maison est spacieuse et très bien équipée. Merci pour tout, c’était parfait, rien à redire.
