Very nice central apartment

This little apartment has everything you could need, including a starter pack of milk, bread, fruit and a few basics to have breakfast. The host, Mathilde, was excellent. The location is very central, with many good restaurants in the marina, and a supermarket and bakery a few minutes walk away. On a couple of evenings there was loud music in one of the bars until late. You can walk to town in 10 minutes, and to the beach in 25 minutes. My only negative comment is that I found the apartment very hot, with aircon only in the bedroom, but overall it is a convenient base for Saint Francois.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans ce logement très bien placé, offrant un vue à la fois sur la marina et le jardin verdoyant, fleuri et très bien entretenu. L’appartement est lumineux, propre, bien équipé en électroménager ménager et une literie de qualité. L’accueil très sympathique de Mathilde et les petites attentions de bienvenue (rhum, fruits et autres produits frais) . Nous reviendrons

Cet appartement est d'un confort très moyen.Le matelas est très inconfortableL'internet ne fonctionnait pas il a fallu attendre 4 jours pour avoir une clef G avec un accès limité.Le propriétaire a refuser d'installer une D BOX c'est admissible de mentionner que cette appartement sur la description a internet .Nous avons pas pu faire de télétravail Aussi le fait qui soit au-dessus d'un restaurant il y a des odeurs de poubelles sur la terrasse et du bruit .De plus on m'a facturé une réparation sur un volet roulant qui était déjà défectueux .Néanmoins Matilde la concierge a toujours répondu a nos demandes avec professionnalisme et rapidement

Tout s'est bien passé

Nous ne sommes pas restés très longtemps, mais tout s'est très bien passé, rien à dire l'appartement est agréable et conforme aux photos. Très positif dans l'ensemble !
