Studio 65 m² in Saint-François Plantation Sainte-Marthe with water reserve

In the calm and the comfort of one of the most beautiful secure residences of Guadeloupe (old colonial plantation of sugar canes where are old trees and vestiges of the activity) rents large studio (65m ²), for holidays in the middle a park with trees and flowers.
This studio is located 5 minutes from the golf course, the marina and its restaurants and shops, the casino, the beaches of Saint-François.
This studio is located on the ground floor with a terrace giving direct access to the park. It is permanently swept by the trade winds that cradle the West Indies.
This fully air-conditioned studio features: a large room with a king-size bed, a large flat screen TV, a sofa bed (140x180) and a seating area with 2 armchairs.
An American bar separates the fully equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, 4-ring hob, microwave oven, Nespresso machine, teapot, food processor, washing machine ...). It is equipped with a tank automatic 650 liters of drinking water to compensate for occasional power cuts
 The terrace is equipped with a dining area (6 seats) and a relaxation area with chaise longue and 2 armchairs
Permanent access to the very large infinity pool
Tennis court without supplement.

Les vacances, c'est ça !

Mis à part un petit problème réglé aussi rapidement que possible, ce studio est tout simplement parfait ! Idéalement situé, à l'ombre, le nécessaire utile est présent (literie, nécessaire de cuisine, machine à café Nespresso ! couvert, vaisselle... ), et au calme ! Proximité des commerces et de la plage idéale La disponibilité et la gentillesse du propriétaire est exceptionnelle (sans entrer dans les détails qui n'intéresseront personne, on peut presque dire que Marie-Christine est accessible 24/24 ! ) Si j'en avais la possibilité, je signerais directement pour tous les ans dans cette location ! Merci de nous avoir permi de profiter à 100% de notre séjour en Guadeloupe !

Das wichtigste zuerst: ja, wir können diese Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen und sollten wir einmal wieder Urlaub auf Guadeloupe machen, so würden wir diese Unterkunft definitiv gerne wieder buchen. Wir haben hier 16 Tage im Dez.16/Jan.17 verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist unserer Meinung nach für 2 Personen ideal. Die Ausstattung ist gut und gemütlich, die Fotos entsprechen dem Istzustand. Die Küchenausstattung ist sehr gut (Nespresso-Maschine, grosser Kühl-/Gefrierschrank). Alles Notwendige ist in ausreichender Stückzahl und in gutem Zustand vorhanden. Das Badezimmer ist modern, die grosse Terrasse lädt zum gemütlichen Verweilen ein. Der riesige Poolbereich, der in wenigen Schritten zu erreichen ist, hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Ausreichend freie Liegen, je nach Vorliebe in der Sonne oder im Schatten, waren jederzeit verfügbar. Wir hatten während unseres Urlaubs einen Mietwagen, der es uns ermöglichte, die Highlights der Insel, sowohl von Grand Terre als auch von Basse Terre zu besuchen. Innerhalb von 5 Fahrminuten erreicht man St. Francois (grosser Supermarkt); zu Fuss benötigten wir ein Viertelstündchen. Unsere Gastgeberin, Madame Louber, war extrem nett und hilfsbereit. Angefangen von einer guten Anfahrtsbeschreibung, einem herzlichen persönlichen Empfang am Abend unserer Ankunft, einem netten Willkommensgruss in Form eines Obstkorbs und einer kleinen Flasche Rum mit den Zutaten für den ersten Ti-Punch, sowie vielen guten Tipps für die Urlaubsgestaltung, war sie bei Fragen jederzeit zu erreichen. Also: 5 Sterne von uns und jederzeit wieder gerne.

Charming condo

My family and I had a wonderful first vacation at Guadeloupe. First of all, our hosts Louis and Louber were great. He greeted us even on our late arrival to the property. Our plane was delayed and we didn't get to the condo till 10 pm. For our family of 3 the condo was just the right size. We really liked its proximity to Pointe de Chateux. It's our favorite spot on the island and it's about a 15 minute drive from the condo. I spent one morning at Golf International for a round of golf; that's about a 5 minute drive from the property. The grocery store is on the same road as the golf course it's about a 3 minute drive from the condo. We spent most of our stay looking for the perfect beach spots. Our favorite beach is Le place de Souffleur in Port Louis. That's a 50 minute drive from the condo. We also visited Le Plage de la Perle. That's around an hour and 15 minutes away. We highly recommend this property.

Séjour de rêve dans une propriété calme et luxueuse

Nous avons eu la chance de passer un excellent séjour à la residence Ste Marthe. C'est un bel endroit sécurisé et très calme dans un parc verdoyant aux arbres centenaires. Nous étions à 5 mn à peine du golf, et tout près des commerces et de la plage. Notre appartement en RDC donnait sur une terrasse où nous avons pu prendre tous nos repas. Nous avions une vue sur la magnifique piscine à débordement où nous étions souvent seules à en profiter pour notre plus grand plaisir. Le studio était conforme à la description , même un peu plus grand qu'attendu, décoré avec goût. Il était très bien équipé et rien ne nous a manqué. La SDB moderne et spacieuse avec une machine à laver le linge que nous n'avons pas hésité à utiliser. La propriétaire , Mme L. est charmante et très attentionnée et toujours de bon conseil. Une corbeille de fruits frais et une petite bouteille de rhum nous attendait, en signe de bienvenue...

perfect week

All I can say is: yes, it it true what all the others pointed out before in french! We loved the appartement, which was good equipped with a really good bathroom, it is a fantastic quiet location, well maintained property with a huge pool...and overall the owners gave us a warm welcome, even took us on a tour through town to show us everything I needed to know. They were also able to reach by phone or mail whenever I had a question. If you are looking for a quiet place to stay in a wonderful property but not far away from everything you need plus to discover Grande Terre on your own...stay here!!! I highly recommend and would definitely return and book it again!
