You have 3 bedrooms, a living room, and a bathroom. The well-equipped kitchen includes a filter coffee maker. For your comfort, there is a TV, electric heaters, a fan, and a private barbecue. The single-level layout ensures easy access throughout the home.



    Enjoy the garden and a covered terrace. The shared heated indoor pool is open from April to November, while the shared outdoor pool is available in summer. A shared children's paddling pool is also available. Access to the pools requires a Fun Pass, available for an extra fee. Other shared amenities include a playground, table tennis, gym, washing machine, dryer, and charging station for electric vehicles.



    One parking space is available on site, with additional parking nearby. Public transport is accessible close by. Up to 2 pets are welcome. Parties or events are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted inside; please smoke outside.
