I am pleased to welcome you in my charming chalet style apartment with a BALCONY which offers a magnificent VIEW of the Mountain and the Forest. You will stay close to a ski area where you can do various activities. You can come with your family or friends, it is ready to receive 4 persons. You will appreciate the location of the accommodation, which allows you to discover the city and its sites of interest.

## Logement
My apartment is cosy and has a bedroom with two single beds and a double bed, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room area.
You will have at your disposal: Parking, Television, Coffee machine, Oven, Kettle, Toaster.
A professional cleaning is done before and after each traveler.
At 8 minutes from the ski resort, you can do various activities in winter and summer such as skiing, sledding, carriage rides, snowmobiling, discovering mountain pastures, hiking, paragliding, climbing, ice skating ... You can also reach the ski area of Evasion Mont Blanc via the lifts.
A thermal spa, 22 minutes away by car, invites you to discover its exceptional water and a soothing environment for moments of well-being. The Aquatic Center is also 15 minutes away from the accommodation. This one allows a multitude of activities: swimming pools, balneo, ice rink, fitness...
Restaurants are nearby. They will welcome you with a smile to savor local cuisine and others.
For your shopping, a Sherpa Supermarket is located at 8 min walk.

## Emplacement
In winter, Saint-Gervais has two ski areas and more than 500km of runs in the heart of an exceptional environment. Whether you are a fan of downhill skiing, snowshoeing, ski touring or just enjoying the snowy landscape, you will find something to please you. You can ski down to the foot of the building to reach the BETTEX cable car. In summer, Saint-Gervais is a paradise for nature lovers. Hiking, climbing, via ferrata, swimming pool, mountaineering, mountain biking, tennis, paragliding, bungee jumping... Young and old alike, take a deep breath of fresh air in the heart of the mountains and the mountain pastures. Saint-Gervais Mont-Blanc is not only about sports, it is also about culture and discovery. Two baroque churches among the most recognized in the region, two museums, artists' residences and art exhibitions throughout the year.
