Beautiful house, super location, brilliant host. I'd I had to find a niggle it would be lack of WiFi which bothered my daughters, but overall very very good

Not as advertised

Overall the house is good and the garden is lovely. However, we did not have a good experience. The owner does not provide linen so if you don't want to bring any Madame will charge you 30 euros for thin towels (2 per week) and a sheet and pillowcase. The beds are uncomfortable and creak when you move in them! The kitchen does not have a kettle and the equipment is old. Be careful you do not break anything as Madame will expect you to provide a replacement and not leave the cottage until you have provided her with the money. There are 3 apartments/holiday cottages there and the owners live on site so the pool is not private, it is communal to everyone who is on site and to owners friends when they entertain. We couldn't use the pool for a week as the water turned green and thick and it looked unpleasant. We were not offered a discount because we couldn't use a pool we had paid for. The owner expects you to leave the house cleaner than when you found it and will enter the property at will. Madame does not provide a mop and bucket to clean the floors but will expect you to wet clean them! The place is lovely (except for the flies which are a constant nuisance. Madame's advice was to keep the door closed - an issue with temperatures at 30 degrees!) but we did not have a good holiday and we are in discussion with Vrbo about the additional charges Madame is trying to foist on us. Recommendation: Book somewhere else for a better holiday experience!

Rose Line est une hôte très accueillante. Notre séjour a été très court, mais tout était à notre disposition pour passer un agréable moment : les vélos et la barque sont supers pour découvrir le coin. Rose Line s'est adaptée a notre horaire d'arrivée plus tardif que prévu et s'est rendue disponible après notre séjour pour des questions administratives, ce qui rend l'expérience encore plus agréable et respectueuse.

Séjour dans le marais poitevin

Environnement propice au calme et au repos...l'exterieur est boisé et fleuri et au bord du marais...très très agréable! L'appartement est propre et bien équipé. La mise à disposition de jeux, vélos, barque et de la piscine sont top. Hôtes accueillants, discrèts et disponibles pour tous renseignements. Toute la famille a beaucoup apprécié ce séjour.
