"Mon mari notre fille et moi même avions passés un très bon séjour au calme ,cette petite maison est idéale pour un couple avec ou sans enfants .La propriétaire prépare des petits déjeuners délicieux la literie est très confortable et tout y est Elle a vraiment pensé à tout en plus c'est très propre . "My family had a wonderful stay. The gite is thoughtfully designed and very well equipped. The furnishings are up-to-date and everything works well. The beds are comfortable. The swimming pool and hot tub are delightful. The garden is charming and we enjoyed playing badminton. Our hosts made us feel very welcome and gave us a lot of helpful information. "Very typical and comfortable old house from the Marais Poitevin with a large garden kid friendly. Nice and friendly tenant. All of it was a very good quality time and best memories in that charming house. house."

"We had a brilliantly relaxing holiday at Nathalie and Luc's stunning property. The house, the pool, the area was perfect for our family and we enjoyed lazy days by the pool, BBQs and trips out to La Rochelle, Marais Poitevin and La Tranche Sur mer which were all within half an hour. Nathalie and Luc were great hosts, giving us all the information we needed aswell as some great recommendations for the local area. We won't hesitate to recommend or revisit."

"We, a family of 4 with 2 teenagers, had a great one week stay in this very nice designed and comfortable house. It has all luxury you can think of, including climate control and perfect beds. The garden has sun and shadow places all day and is extremely well equiped. Communication went well and any questions were answered quickly. Puilboreau is a very quiet village at biking distance of lovely places like La Rochelle and Ile de Ré. The presence of the cat was a surprise to us, but he was nice...

"Usual multiple occupancy hotel. Building work going on next door which was noisy in the morning. Reasonable free parking. Was moaned at for parking our motorcycles temporarily near to our rooms, which were on the first floor, with access only by steps. This was done so we could unload the bikes to put our gear on the floor, before trudging it up the stairs. Some understanding would have been appreciated but no. Room was adequate and bathroom area was worn. Place could do with a facelift. Lots of places to eat within a short drive/long walk. Probably wouldn't stay here again."

"Our room was 004. Reception did not speak English and made no attempt to understand anything. One of the doors to the car park could not be locked as it had been forced and part of the frame was missing, this meant anyone could enter the passages to rooms. Room 004: window restraint was missing so we could not open window safely. The shower head was broken, could not raised, the soap dispenser in the shower was loose. The wc seat was broken. The soap dispenser by the sink was on the floor having been pulled off the wall- hence NO soap by the sink. Bulb missing over the sink making it difficult with limited light. I have already contacted Hotels.com auto talk and told this will be looked at. The pool was very nice I have stayed at the Hotel some years ago but will not be staying again. The whole hotel needed a refresh, including the very poor buffet breakfast. Nothing could compare with a B&B Hotel!!!!"
