“Cute and welcoming”

“We stay here regularly and love it. The rooms are beautiful and many have balconies overlooking farmland and the river. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. They serve a small buffet breakfast that's quite good. The restaurant also serves a delicious dinner. They have a really nice patio. There are common areas that you can use for working or hanging out. The place is super clean and well maintained, although the building is a bit on the old side and there is no AC (if that's important to……

“Dans l'ensemble, je ne retournerai jamais à cet hôtel. Pour : très bon déjeuner, belle piscine et belles chambres rénovées avec lit king. Contre : gym fermé, aucune salle de séjours ou l'on peut se réunir pour parler ou jouer à des jeux (carte, sociétés, etc) lors de jour de pluie, une seule chaise dans la chambre, l'air climatisé est directement sur le lit peut importe l'orientation des volets, les fenêtres ne souvrent pas, bain bouché? “We did a 'tour of Canada' by car. We stayed in Saguenay for 3 nights, Charlevoix for 1, Quebec City for 2, Montreal for 2 and Kingston for 1. This hotel was one that the kids will remember for years to come. It was incredibly unique and the view was spectacular. Hot tub was a bonus and had all of the 'creature comforts' that you could hope for. The loft bed was a highlight as it provided stunning unencumbered views down the mountain. Just simply beautiful.”

“The room was clean. However the stairs leading to the third floor were dirty with a carpet which seemed to be laden with dust. The drains in the wash basin and the tub were slightly choked which led to slow drainage of waste water so they need to be thoroughly cleaned.”

“À mon arrivée, l’hôtel avait perdu ma réservation. Attente de 45 minutes dans le hall pour finalement avoir une chambre. Au check-out ils ont demandé un montant d’argent à ma conjointe en disant qu’on avait pas payé la chambre au complet mais pourtant j’avais payé via Expédia. Après 10 jours de notre séjour, je n’ai toujours pas récupéré mon dépôt de 250$ sur la chambre alors je devrai appeler pour savoir pourquoi c’est aussi long”
