"Hotel front desk process wa smooth. No issues communicating in English at the front desk. Room and bathroom were clean. Our room had microwave and fridge which was a welcome surprise as we didn't see them when we were booking the room."

"We had a pleasant stay. There was a bad smell in the bathroom when we arrived but it dissipated overnight. We usually stay here when we visit Montreal and the only issue we have is with the bathroom sinks. They are small and the limited space between the tap and the sink makes them hard to use."
