“Thought it was a quality hotel next to the casino and live venue, but the prices were high. Clean room, decent parking. There weren’t many staff.”

“A/C worked great, staff was very courteous and efficient. I was skeptical when I booked the room because it was so inexpensive compared too others in the area but I was very pleased with the room. I would definitely stay here again if the need arises. It's older butt they have done a good job of taking care of the property and providing clean up too date amenities.”

“We checked in at 7:30pm and checking out at 5am. Our room was covered in ants. Ants were all over the bathroom floor, tables, in our clothes, bags, and in the beds. I took pictures to show the staff. Place looks nice, but will never stay here again or recommend this place to anyone!”

“Guy at the front desk very happy and helpful. Super nice. The hallway carpet needs replacement but honestly my room was very clean and im satisfied with my one night stay. Everything worked like it should in my room! Same guy was at the front desk when I left the next morning he wished me a good day and off I went. Will return if in Gainesville again.”

“This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had in a Motel. Do not stay here. I was in town for the Muenster, TX Germanfest Bike Rally and selected the facility due to location. I did not expect it to be a Holiday Inn or Hampton, but I did expect it to be clean, and it was not even close to being clean. Spend an extra 80$ and stay at the Lindsay Inn closer to Gainsville, TX, or just stay in Gainsville and drive in for the Bike Rally or Germanfest. It was so bad, I left and went to find……

“This is an older property and could use some updating. With that said the room was very clean. The owners that run the place are extremely nice. Unlike some luxury hotels the room was made up every day with fresh towels. If you want a luxury spa environment this is probably not the place. But for a clean nice safe place to stay I strongly recommend! I have stayed here before and will return in the future. ”

“The towels were stained and so was the bed spread. I found two dead bugs; one on the floor and one on the bed. The shower was nice and the bed was comfortable. All in all it was ok”

“Their staff tried to charge us twice for the room and were extremely rude. The air conditioner worked and there was a bed but other than that it was clear no upkeep was being done on the grounds or rooms. The TV had three remotes but not a channel worked. The door was hard to open and close. The shower leaked and looked really old and it needed maintenance. We slept through the night and checked out ASAP. I will be checking for our deposit back because I don't trust them.”
