Fabulous house with lovely character and pool, ideally located by the lake.

Lovely modern and clean property with fabulous outside areas and pool. Perfect location near the lake, cycle path, Boulangerie and other amenities. House had everything you could possibly need and hosts are super friendly and helpful. Quiet area but easily accessible to all the lovely attractions of the lake, so ideal for a fabulous holiday.

Perfect house and location

We couldn't have imagined a better place to stay. The house was wonderful and included everything our family of 4 needed to both work and vacation. It is perfectly located within walking distance of the lake, boulangerie, market, restaurants, etc. and provides quick access to many popular cycling routes and easy access to Annecy by bike, bus, or car. The host and her family were welcoming, kind, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We highly recommend to anyone looking to vacation in the Annecy area.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful holiday home in St Jorioz. The house is modern, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. It’s beautifully decorated and well equipped with everything we needed. The big kitchen, dining, and living spaces inside are perfect.The outdoor areas are fabulous and the garden has great views of the surrounding mountains. There's a fantastic warm pool that our kids absolutely loved. They also enjoyed the playhouse and the lawn mower they named "Speedy." Claire was a fantastic host and is very helpful, friendly, and quick to respond to any questions.The location is superb, right on the cycle path, making it easy to get the kids out and about. It’s a pleasant walk into the centre of Saint-Jorioz or down to the lakefront. Overall, we had an amazing week and we will definitely be returning. Highly recommend this lovely holiday home!

Summer holiday 2023

A comfortable family house in a lovely scenic location. Boulangerie 8min walk and wonderful fruit stall 15min walk. Excellent pool and beautiful garden with robot grass cutter (named Terry by grandchildren) keeping us all entertained! We were able to have almost all meals outside in sun or shade and the BBQ was used frequently. Good restaurant and a creperie within 15min walk. Pleasant walk to the lake and it’s facilities. Magnificent views of Mont Blanc from Semnoz and fun on the luge. Bike-hire available within walking distance. Free Sibra bus service July and August a great bonus. A wonderful holiday all round with Claire and her husband charming and helpful.

Team Wales - Rugby 2023

Our vill a was an ideal location for our stay. We were blown away with the villa and the spectacular views over looking the mountain. The villa had everything and more to ensure wonderful experince. The local bus takes you into the centre of Anncey for a small price 1€50 and this is a must to see the lake in its glory. You can pick up a boat on the lake - we took the wooden boat and thw young guide was very informative. and take the guided bus tour. Supermarkets and restaurants are local to the villa. The villa is an ideal location for summer or winter sports with the lake offering paddleboarding, water skiing paddle boats and the mountains offering paragliding single and tandem rides. Plenty of coffee shops and pattiseries nearby. I would suggest a visit to the nature reserve towards Albertville you get the site of paragliders landing. A very relaxing holiday few days on our tour of France. MERCI

Fabulous three weeks!

The house was perfect. Modern, clean, in a perfect peaceful location, had a bathroom in each bedroom, a double bed in each room, lovely garden to have BBQ’s and a good sized pool. The house is very well maintained. The house is perfectly located in St Jorioz, not far from a good bakery, a fresh fruit and vegetable stall (open all the time), a hand full of restaurants, take away pizza, and a supermarket. It’s just a short walk or ride to Saint Jorioz beach where there is a small park, lifeguarded lake area and high jumping platforms. With Conty hire bikes up from the SuperU, we hired these for two weeks and were up to Sevrier and Annecy in no time, and down to the port of Doussard in similar. The bike path is so close the house, it was great that our children didn’t need to go on the road to get to it. The host Claire couldn’t be more helpful, she was there to greet us when we arrived and checked out, and asked if we needed anything to contact her. She also sent details of what was in the area before arrival, which was handy. Would definitely recommend this house!

Fabulous chalet

We had a wonderful holiday here with extended family. Claire has been a very welcoming host, making us feel right at home. The chalet is in a great location for walking to the local “beach” on the lake, renting kayaks and getting treats at the excellent bakery. The kids adored the pool. Thank you!

Beautiful spacious house

We've really enjoyed our stay at this house, it actually looks far bigger than the photo suggested. It's pleasantly decorated and well positioned not far from the lake. We would definitely recommend staying there. The host were very nice and friendly.

Very nice house! Also suitable for a vacation with friends!

When we arrived Claire and her husband welcomed us. She showed us around the house and answered all our questions. The house was just as beautiful as in the photos. A 10 minute walk was the lake with a beautiful beach. There is also a bakery and bike rental nearby. I can only recommend the house.

La maison est très agréable, fonctionnelle, bien équipée et bien située. Le jardin et la piscine sont très agréables également. La communication avec claire a été très fluide.
