Déçu de la prestation
Nous avons été déçus des prestations offertes pour un prix très élevé la semaine du 15 août. (2850€/s) La décoration est très chargées. Le liner de la piscine n est pas dans un état acceptable pour ce prix. La piscine n'est pas chauffée. Grosse déception dans l annonce la journée idéale avec un barbecue autours de la piscine qui n existe pas et un autre sur la terrasse que nous ne pouvons pas uiliser. Points positifs la maison est spacieuse et les 3 chambres ont leur salle de bains. Rapport qualité prix à revoir

Exceeded all expectations
My family and I had a wonderful, relaxing stay. There was plenty of information about local attractions provided in the villa and to our great surprise there was a welcome pack filled with local delicacies. The property is spacious, homely and very well equipped. I would definitely book again, though next time, I would book during the summer season so that we could benefit even more from local attractions, some of which are closed off peak.

Je vous remercie Frédéric pour votre accueil. Nous avons passé des vacances inoubliables. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la proximité de la plage de Contis et le calme de la foret qui entoure la villa. La villa était en ligne avec nos attentes : très bien équipée, confortable, propre et une literie de qualité. Belle maison landaise. Merci également pour le champagne frais et la corbeille de bienvenue, On reviendra avec plaisir en juillet / août pour profiter de la jolie piscine !

Location décevante
Je souhaite signaler aux futurs locataires que le descriptif de cette maison ne correspond en rien a la réalité, ce que j ai déjà en partie signalé au proprio. La maison se situe à la sortie du village de La Lette et non pas a Contis Plage. La plage de Contis ne se situe pas a 3 km mais 6 km de la maison. La maison bien que relativement agreable n a rien d une maison de luxe, c est un veritable bric a brac. Ce qui rend le ménage forcément compliqué, le four était par exemple sale et du vieux thé était resté dans la théière entre autres. Les indications transmises sur le nombre de personnes, l horaire d arrivée et l équipement demandés n ont pas été transmises. Une mention speciale cependant pour le concierge qui a été adorable et professionnel a tout point de vue. La somme exorbitante pour une semaine en aout s avére donc un particulierement mauvais rapport qualité / prix.

L’adresse villa Luxury Contis plage propose sur le site , ne se situe pas à l’endroit indiqué . En effet , elle se située au lieu dit La Lette route de Contis . Grosse déception ... Prétentieuse d’appler cet villa Luxury Linge de bain limite serpillère , liner piscine détérioré et sûrement depuis longtemps, route de Contis à proximité de la piscine , calme pas garantie du tout . Canalisation des salles de bains extrêment bruillante Très très cher pour la totalité de la prestation annoncée sur le site Une action pour réparation va suivre .

Maison bien placée pas trop loin des plages près de la forêt et fraîche La maison est dans son jus, des bibelots à profusion c’est loin du design mais la maison est agréable. Les murs sont très mal insonorisés Mais ça fait partie du jeu 👍

A conseiller!
Reposant, on appréciait après les ballades de profiter de la piscine et du calme de la villa au milieu des pins. Location très jolie, propre et bien équipée. Beaucoup de loisirs à proximité: baignade à l'océan en vélo, canoë et rando autour du lac de Léon, station de Mimizan dynamique, accrobranches.... Accueil sympa et disponibilité du home manager.
